Refund Policy

At Saint Michael’s Recovery & Retreat, we value the time and commitment of all our guests. Because we operate with limited space for each session, every reserved spot is important and difficult to fill on short notice.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

• Refunds are issued as credits only, which can be applied toward a future date or session.

• Credits never expire and can be used for any available retreat or therapy session.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or no-shows will not be eligible for a credit or refund.

By booking a session, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that your reservation holds a limited spot that cannot easily be filled on short notice
