• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be issued as credits for future sessions.

• No credits or refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or for no-shows.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Health and Safety

Participation in sauna, cold-water immersion, or other therapies is voluntary and at your own risk.
Guests should consult a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in these activities, especially if they have underlying medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.

Saint Michael’s Recovery & Retreat is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation in our programs or use of our facilities.
